We're Em and Sam! Two passionate educators who started their journey as colleagues and quickly became the best of friends. With over 20 years of combined experience in the education industry, we share a deep understanding of the importance of quality early learning experiences.

Sam brings 13 years of experience working in childcare centres across various age groups, from infants to preschoolers. Through her work, she has witnessed firsthand the profound impact that well-designed programs have on fostering optimal child development. This insight has fuelled her desire to find a more streamlined approach to programming.

Em's journey in education began 7 years ago, with 4 years dedicated to working directly with children aged 0-5 in early childhood settings. Transitioning into a role as a Grade 1 Primary School Teacher, 3 years ago, has provided Em with a unique perspective on the lasting effects of early learning. She has observed the stark differences between students who had experienced quality early learning environments and those who had not, emphasising the importance of intentional early education.

Together, we recognise the need for pre-made programs that would not only prepare children for school but also make early education fun, play-based, and meaningful. We understand that quality early learning experiences are essential for a smooth transition into school settings and set out to create programs that would provide centres with the tools they need to support children's development effectively.

In addition, we are equally committed to supporting educator well-being. We understand that many educators face challenges when it comes to writing quality programs, whether due to time constraints or simply feeling overwhelmed by the process. Our mission is to alleviate this pressure by providing pre-made programs that not only save time but also inspire creativity and joy in the programming process. We believe that when educators view programming as a fun and engaging practice rather than a scheduled chore, it maintains its quality and meaning, ultimately benefiting both educators and the children in their care. We aim to create a positive and sustainable approach to early childhood education that fosters growth, creativity, and fulfilment for all involved.
